Laguna Reef belongs to the strait of Tiran. On the innen side lies a fantastic coral lagoon with an average depth of 10 - 12 meters. Its dreamlike turquoise water represents an unforgetable spectacle.

Due to the many madreporic formations, Far Garden is considered a real underwater garden. Far Garden offers extraordinary developments of hard and soft corals. A grotto, which lies at a depth of 45 meters, the so called Cathedral, offers a special incentive to venture into these depths.

Gordon Reef is well known for the ship by the name of Lovilla, which was stranded in September 1981 on its northern cliff. The firm anchorage ground on the southern side, as well as a large sand plateau that lies in a depth of between 10 and 24 meters, makes this dive site safer than the Woodhouse- or Thomas Reef.

At Jackson Reef you will have the possibility to see beautiful gorgonian and magnificent red anemones as well as White tip, Grey and Hammer sharks. Turtles are also no rarity here.

Ras Ghamila is an easy reef to dive, which you will become crazy about the magnificent table corals. Magnificent specimens of giant triggers and large colonies of porites are no rarity at this reef.

Beacon Rock is a small reef, which partly lies above the water surface, on which in 1876 the British steamer marchant ship Dunraven sank. The most interesting section of the 0,75 mile long reef is the northernly half of the eastern side, where a canyon can be found, and opens out at a depth of approximately 30 meters and runs parallel to the main axis of the reef until it reaches a sand plateau.
