This dive begins by Anemone City and leads us to a depth of approximately 15-20 meters through a splendor of anemone. From Anemone City the current carries us to Shark Reef, clearly recognizabe by the unmistakable profile of the gorgonians. Keep this wall, that descends vertically to more than 700
meters deep, to your right and dive round a coral
outcrop, and if you observe the blue, you will easily spot Batfish and schools of barracuda that sometimes swim in a circle
formation, or Mackerel, Snappers and schools of Emperors. |

Dive a bit further and you will reach the Yolanda Reef. Now follow the southern wall of the last coral outcrop and as soon as you have passed the southern corner, you will reach - a depth between 10 and 25 meters' - the remains
of the Yolanda. The Yolanda is a Cypriot mechant ship that sank here on the night of
the 1st - 2nd of April 1980 while on its way to Aqaba. The Yolanda was loaded with containers, toilets bathtubs, wallpaper, cases of whisky and even a BMW 320
that belonged to the ships captain. The wreck is a hideout for fish such as, Malabar groupers,
Napoleonfish wrasse, One spot snappers and
Fusiliers. |

The dive usually ends after you have finished exploring this area, but
if you still have some air you can continue to circumnavigate
the Yolanda Reef to explore the back of the lagoon and the saddle
between the two coral outcrops, inhabited by Bluespotted stingrays, Scorpionfish, Stonefish, Napoleon wrasse and
Crocodilefish. As an alternative you can visit a
nearby Satellite Reef or explore the area south of Yolanda, where you
can see some Grey reef sharks, especially during the summer months.
